Regeneração óssea guiada em dente molar fraturado: relato de caso

Objetivo: Relatar um caso clínico de regeneração óssea guiada em molar fraturado com abscesso crônico, enfatizando sua relevância para o sucesso da reabilitação implantodôntica. Relato de Caso: Paciente S.C.S., 48 anos, sexo masculino, foi encaminhado por endodontista a um consultório particular com queixa de fratura dentária no elemento 36 e histórico de abscesso crônico na região vestibular. Após tratamento endodôntico prévio sem sucesso e identificação de fratura coronorradicular, indicou-se a exodontia com regeneração óssea guiada e possível instalação de implante imediato. A exodontia foi realizada preservando o septo ósseo, seguida de instalação de implante imediato com torque de 40 N, preenchimento do alvéolo com enxerto xenógeno particulado, recoberto por membrana reabsorvível e não reabsorvível. A membrana não reabsorvível foi removida após 21 dias e, aos 180 dias, exame tomográfico evidenciou regeneração da tábua óssea vestibular e completa osseointegração do implante. Conclusão: A regeneração óssea guiada associada à instalação imediata de implante mostrou-se eficaz na preservação do rebordo alveolar e na obtenção de estabilidade primária, representando uma abordagem previsível e segura em áreas previamente comprometidas por abscesso crônico.
