Abstract

Introduction: Cervicofacial liposuction is a crucial procedure for facial contour redefinition, integrated into orofacial harmonization. However, the lack of a standardized protocol in dental practice compromises outcome predictability.
Objective: To propose and discuss a standardized clinical-surgical planning for cervicofacial liposuction, through case reports, aiming for predictable aesthetic results and consolidation in orofacial harmonization. Material and Methods: Descriptive case study: two female patients (35 years old) with cervicofacial adipose accumulation. The protocol included pre-operative assessment, surgical stages, and post-operative physiotherapy. Results: Significant adipose volume reduction and enhanced mandibular contour and cervicomental angle were observed in both patients. An individualized approach proved
effective for brachycephalic and dolichocephalic phenotypes. Mild, self-limiting intercurrences resulted in high patient satisfaction.
Conclusion: Cervicofacial liposuction is effective in young patients with good tissue quality, its success linked to meticulous selection and individualized planning. Despite the limited sample, this study reinforces thorough pre-operative assessment and
personalized approaches to optimize aesthetic outcomes and safely integrate it into orofacial harmonization.
