Introduction: Cerebral palsy is part of a group of non-progressive neurological disorders that affect an individual's motor development and functional capacity, causing significant impediments to oral hygiene practices. Thus, discussion of non-pharmacological strategies is necessary for the humanization of care. Objective: The objective of this study is to select and evaluate evidence that shows the efficacy and benefits of herbal medicine associated with propolis in the dental management of patients with cerebral palsy through an integrative review of the literature. Metodology: To this end, a bibliographic survey was conducted between 2023 and 2026 in the SciELO, BVS, PUBMED data bases and indexed journals with the following descriptors: Cerebral Palsy, Oral Health, Propolis, Health Care Models and Odontology. Results: A total of 153 published records were obtained, and after applying the eligibility criteria, 26 publications remained, of which 15 were selected for this research. The excluded articles did not meet the study inclusion criteria. Conclusion: This revealed the effectiveness of propolis in dental therapy for patients with cerebral palsy, in addition to promoting health and well-being.
