Abstract

The interventional exploration in Crohn's Disease constitutes a topic of paramount significance in contemporary clinical practice, given the increasing incidence of this inflammatory intestinal condition. Recent innovations in this domain have introduced a diverse range of interventional tactics aimed not only at alleviating symptoms but also promising substantial advancements in the quality of life for individuals affected by this pathology. This study seeks to conduct a thorough and profound analysis of surgical interventions with the purpose of achieving a detailed understanding of each approach and evaluating its practicability in the clinical context.

This process involved a meticulous search for scientific papers in properly cataloged databases. The selection of references was based on an analysis of their relevance and timeliness, prioritizing studies that not only examined the effectiveness of different interventional tactics but also stood out for innovation in Crohn's Disease treatment. The organization of references followed the strict guidelines of the Vancouver style, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the review.

In the context of surgical approaches in Crohn's Disease, a series of crucial interventions have shown promising advancements. Among them, laparoscopic surgery deserves attention, notable for its molecular-level mechanism of action and its potential impact on modulating the intestinal microbiome. This study contributes to a deep understanding of surgical approaches in Crohn's Disease, emphasizing the importance of selecting the most appropriate strategy for each patient, considering the complex variability of this condition.
