PEC e-SUS APS no rastreamento do câncer de mama: contribuições para a detecção precoce na atenção primária

O câncer de mama representa uma das neoplasias de maior impacto epidemiológico global, sendo o diagnóstico precoce o pilar fundamental para a redução da mortalidade e o aumento da sobrevida. O objetivo deste estudo foi analisar as contribuições do Prontuário Eletrônico do Cidadão no e-SUS Atenção Primária à Saúde (PEC e-SUS APS) para o rastreamento do câncer de mama e a promoção da detecção precoce na rede básica. Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura desenvolvida nas bases PubMed, SciELO, BVS, Web of Science e Scopus, guiada pela estratégia PICo. A amostragem final foi constituída por 27 estudos científicos. Os resultados apontam que, em meio a disparidades globais de acesso e desafios de cobertura, a digitalização e a gestão qualificada de dados na Atenção Primária à Saúde (APS) atuam como articuladoras essenciais da linha de cuidado. Evidencia-se que o PEC e-SUS APS desempenha papel estratégico na gestão clínica ao viabilizar a busca ativa de mulheres na faixa etária alvo, o registro do histórico de exames, o monitoramento em tempo real das solicitações de mamografias e a ordenação do encaminhamento especializado. Conclui-se que o PEC e-SUS APS se consolida como um disparador de eficiência e equidade no Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), enfrentando atrasos diagnósticos e fortalecendo a assistência à saúde da mulher na APS.
