Endometriosis is a chronic gynecological disease characterized by the presence of endometrial-like tissue outside the uterine cavity, significantly affecting women's health and quality of life. The disease is associated with symptoms such as chronic pelvic pain, intense dysmenorrhea, dyspareunia, and infertility, compromising the physical, emotional, social, and psychological aspects of patients. This study aimed to analyze the impacts of endometriosis on women's quality of life, highlighting the importance of a multidisciplinary approach in the care of women affected by the disease. This is an integrative literature review, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, carried out through a bibliographic survey in national and international scientific databases. The results showed that endometriosis directly interferes with women's routines and well-being, causing limitations in daily activities, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, and emotional distress resulting from continuous pain and delayed diagnosis. It was also observed that multidisciplinary care, involving doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, and nutritionists, significantly contributes to promoting quality of life, providing comprehensive care, support, and improved symptom control. It is concluded that a multidisciplinary approach is fundamental for the treatment of endometriosis, and it is necessary to expand public policies, early diagnosis, and health education strategies focused on comprehensive women's care.
