This case report describes a 5-year-old child admitted with persistent fever, rash, and mucocutaneous signs consistent with Kawasaki Disease (KD). Laboratory tests demonstrated systemic inflammation followed by thrombocytosis. Echocardiography revealed a small aneurysm of the left coronary artery and the anterior descending artery. Treatment with intravenous immunoglobulin (IVIG), corticosteroids, and acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) led to rapid fever resolution and clinical improvement. This case highlights the importance of early recognition of KD and timely intervention to prevent cardiovascular complications.
