Abstract
This article aims to conduct a review of the scientific literature on the advancements in osteoarthritis treatment, with an emphasis on surgical interventions. For this, PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science were used as search engines, utilizing the keywords "Osteoarthritis, Surgical treatment, Advances, Surgical interventions." The review revealed that, in recent years, there have been significant innovations in surgical approaches for the treatment of osteoarthritis, such as the increased effectiveness of minimally invasive techniques, improvements in joint prosthetics, and the development of regenerative treatments like stem cell therapy. These advancements provide better clinical outcomes, faster recovery, and greater patient satisfaction compared to traditional techniques.
