Abstract
Neste trabalho apresentamos uma proposta para caracterizar o perfil clínico e epidemiológico de pacientes com câncer no Sistema Nervoso Central (SNC), diagnosticados no Hospital de Clínicas da Universidade Federal de Uberlândia (HC-UFU), entre janeiro de 2000 a dezembro de 2017, bem como no Brasil, nesse mesmo período. Será feita uma avaliação dos casos registrados no Sistema de Registro Hospitalar de Câncer (SisRHC); bem como análise desses dados coletados em relação à revisão bibliográfica da literatura, realizada através de bases de dados para pesquisa pré-determinadas, seguindo critérios de análise estabelecidos e descritos pelos pesquisadores.
