Implante Imediato com Provisionalização na Zona Estética com Margem Gengival Alterada: Relato de Caso

Immediate implant placement associated with provisionalization in maxillary anterior teeth has been shown to preserve the gingival profile and peri-implant bone architecture. This study aims to describe a case report of a 44-year-old female patient whose main complaint was aesthetic dissatisfaction related to an anterior tooth with gingival recession, presenting a 3 mm gap at the gingival zenith in relation to the adjacent tooth. Minimally traumatic extraction was performed followed by immediate implant placement and provisionalization with immediate loading. Despite complications during the transitional period, the immediate approach proved to be essential for tissue conditioning and reduction of gingival recession, resulting in successful rehabilitation from both an aesthetic and functional point of view.
