Abstract
The technique of immediate implant placement after extraction has been widely used, mainly due to the fact that it reduces the number of procedures performed, the durability of the implants used, the quality of life provided to the patient, since it contributes to facial aesthetics and chewing functionality. Thus, the present article aims to report a clinical case in which the dental element 21, was extracted due to trauma, with no possibility of treatment, followed by the immediate installation of an implant. A case report was made, with the clinical description, verifying that this protocol brings safety, aesthetics and comfort to patients who choose this procedure.
