Abstract
This article aims to analyze hospitalizations for Parkinson's Disease, in Brazil and its regions, in the last 5 years. This is an epidemiological study, about hospitalizations resulting from Parkinson's Disease, prepared using secondary data, from 2019 to 2023, in Brazil and its macro-regions. During the period analyzed, 4,399 hospitalizations due to Parkinson's disease were recorded in Brazil. Therefore, it is possible to identify hospitalizations for Parkinson's disease in the male population as a public health problem that deserves the attention of the government and Brazilian society in general.
