Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the levels of anxiety and depression in patients during the covid-19 pandemic. The results demonstrated a significant increase in symptoms of depression in patients who were hospitalized for the disease, mainly within 60 days of hospital discharge, lasting approximately up to 180 days. Furthermore, women had higher depression and anxiety scores than men.
