Abstract
This article aims to analyze the main post-cholecystectomy complications. Integrative literature review carried out through a search in the Pubmed, Scielo, Lilacs and BVS databases, with publication time limited between the years 2019 and 2023. After evaluation by 2 reviewers, duplicate texts or those related to the topic were excluded . 6 articles were analyzed. In the year 2023, it had the highest number of articles published (n=4). The main aspects highlighted in the articles analyzed were early complications, such as bleeding, acute pancreatitis and perforation. Given the data presented, there is a need for a multidisciplinary approach to avoid post-cholecystectomy complications.
