Abstract
This review article addresses cardiac arrhythmias, focusing on diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The methodology included a systematic search in databases such as PubMed and Embase, using specific inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results highlight the importance of ECG and Holter monitoring in diagnosis, the efficacy of catheter ablation and antiarrhythmic drugs in treatment, and the need for risk factor control and a healthy lifestyle in prevention. Technological advances, such as wearable devices and telemedicine, are also discussed. The discussion emphasizes the need for personalized approaches and highlights limitations and areas for future research. It is concluded that effective management of arrhythmias requires accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment, and proactive prevention, with an increasing focus on technology and personalization.
