Implante Imediato com Provisionalização na Zona Estética com Margem Gengival Alterada: Relato de Caso

O implante imediato associado à provisionalização em dentes anteriores da maxila tem se destacado por preservar o perfil gengival e a arquitetura óssea peri-implantar. Este estudo tem como objetivo descreve um relato de caso de uma paciente do sexo feminino, 44 anos, cuja principal queixa era a insatisfação estética relacionada a um dente anterior com recessão gengival, apresentando um desnível de 3 mm no zênite gengival em relação ao dente adjacente. Foi realizada exodontia minimamente traumática seguida de colocação de implante imediato e provisionalização com carga imediata. Apesar de complicações durante o período transitório, a abordagem imediata demonstrou ser essencial para o condicionamento tecidual e a redução da recessão gengival, resultando em uma reabilitação bem-sucedida tanto do ponto de vista estético quanto funcional.
