Resumo
Este artigo tem por objetivo realizar uma análise da literatura médica vigente sobre o impacto dos bloqueios regionais na analgesia multimodal em cirurgias cardíacas. Foram utilizados como motores de busca os indexadores PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science e Embase para seleção dos artigos, através dos termos “bloqueios regionais, analgesia multimodal, cirurgia cardíaca, recuperação pós-operatória”. Conclui-se que os bloqueios regionais apresentam benefícios significativos na redução da dor pós-operatória, do consumo de opioides e do tempo de recuperação, demonstrando serem uma ferramenta valiosa na analgesia multimodal em cirurgias cardíacas.
