Resumo

A ansiedade persistente é um fator psicológico que pode influenciar de maneira significativa a saúde da pele. Este estudo objetivou revisar as evidências sobre os mecanismos fisiopatológicos e as manifestações dermatológicas associadas à ansiedade. Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa utilizando as bases de dados Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO) e Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde (LILACS). Os descritores utilizados foram “ansiedade”, “dermatologia” e “saúde mental”. Os resultados apontaram que a ansiedade pode desencadear ou agravar diversas condições dermatológicas, sendo essencial uma abordagem multidisciplinar no tratamento. Conclui-se que a compreensão do impacto da ansiedade na saúde da pele pode contribuir para melhores estratégias de manejo clínico e promoção do bem-estar dos pacientes.
