UMA REVISÃO SISTEMÁTICA SOBRE ABORDAGENS MINIMAMENTE INVASIVAS NO TRATAMENTO DE MIOMAS UTERINOS

Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar as abordagens minimamente invasivas no tratamento de miomas uterinos, avaliando suas vantagens e desvantagens em comparação às técnicas convencionais. Foram utilizados os indexadores PubMed, Embase e Medline para a seleção de artigos, com os unitermos "Uterine Fibroids", "Leiomyoma" e "Minimally Invasive Surgical Procedures", associados pelos operadores booleanos (AND) e (OR). Conclui-se que técnicas como miomectomia laparoscópica, ablação por radiofrequência e embolização das artérias uterinas apresentam benefícios como menor índice de complicações e recuperação mais rápida, além de melhora na qualidade de vida. No entanto, são necessárias mais pesquisas para otimizar as práticas e ampliar o acesso a esses métodos
