Resumo
Este estudo teve como objetivo comparar o tempo de resolução e as complicações maternas e fetais de diferentes manobras e/ou sequência de manobras (protocolos) frente a um parto com distócia do ombro. 213 estudos foram triados da busca inicial com 2.687 resultados. Destes, apenas 56 artigos foram incluídos na análise final do presente estudo. As principais complicações fetais relatadas foram a paralisia de plexo braquial e as fraturas de clavícula e/ou úmero. Desfechos fetais e maternos desfavoráveis são mais comumente associados com manobras internas, como parafuso de Woods e liberação do braço posterior. Os bebês macrossômicos apresentaram mais desfechos desfavoráveis. A demora na resolução esteve associada com maiores taxas de internação na UTI.
