Resumo
A crescente demanda por tratamentos odontológicos que aliam funcionalidade e estética tem impulsionado o desenvolvimento de técnicas de implante imediato após exodontia, especialmente em regiões de alta exigência estética. Esse método minimiza o tempo de tratamento e reduz o número de intervenções cirúrgicas, preservando de forma eficaz os tecidos ósseo e gengival, o que é fundamental para alcançar resultados estéticos satisfatórios. O objetivo deste estudo é apresentar um caso clínico em que a colocação de um implante dentário imediato, assistido por cirurgia guiada, foi realizada na região do dente 21, demonstrando os benefícios da técnica quanto à precisão e previsibilidade. A cirurgia guiada permitiu um planejamento tridimensional minucioso, garantindo uma instalação exata do implante e evitando danos desnecessários aos tecidos circundantes, o que contribuiu para uma cicatrização otimizada. Conclui-se que o uso de implante imediato, associado a enxertos e à tecnologia de cirurgia guiada, permite uma reabilitação mais previsível e eficaz, resultando em uma restauração estética e funcional superior. Esse caso reforça o valor da integração de tecnologias avançadas e técnicas minimamente invasivas na implantodontia, particularmente em regiões estéticas.
