Resumo
A mobilização precoce é uma prática comum em Unidades de Terapia Intensiva. O presente artigo teve como objetivo investigar os impactos da mobilização precoce em pacientes críticos. Para isso, realizou-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica do tipo integrativa na base de dados da Scielo e Pubmed, usando as palavras chave: mobilização precoce, UTI e tempo de internação, sendo os artigos selecionados de 2015-2024 que possuíam relação direta com o tema, utilizando os operadores booleanos “and”, “or” e “not”, no qual foram selecionados 8 artigos científicos. Os resultados apontaram os benefícios da mobilização precoce a nível de marcha, aumento da resistência muscular, menor tempo de ventilação mecânica, melhora psíquica e outros. Mais estudos sobre o tema deveriam ser incentivados no Brasil e no mundo para melhor elucidação da temática e incentivo da prática.
