Resumo

Este artigo de revisão aborda as arritmias cardíacas, focando no diagnóstico, tratamento e prevenção. A metodologia incluiu uma busca sistemática em bases de dados como PubMed e Embase, utilizando critérios de inclusão e exclusão específicos. Os resultados destacam a importância do ECG e do monitoramento Holter no diagnóstico, a eficácia da ablação por cateter e medicamentos antiarrítmicos no tratamento, e a necessidade de controle de fatores de risco e estilo de vida saudável na prevenção. Avanços tecnológicos, como dispositivos vestíveis e telemedicina, também são discutidos. A discussão ressalta a necessidade de abordagens personalizadas e destaca limitações e áreas para pesquisa futura. Conclui-se que o manejo eficaz de arritmias requer diagnóstico preciso, tratamento individualizado e prevenção proativa, com um foco crescente em tecnologia e personalização.
