Abstract
This article aims to scan the literature regarding knowledge of the evidence on pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for ADHD in children. This is an integrative review using SciELO, LILACS and PubMed as a database, over the last 5 years. The data presented between the articles show that pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions can be an important part of the treatment of ADHD in children, especially when combined, with adaptations already described in the literature. In short, it is important that mental health professionals and family members are aware of the importance of psychotherapeutic and medication interventions in the treatment of ADHD in children.
