Abstract
Realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura abrangendo o período de 2010 a 2024, utilizando as bases de dados como PubMed, Scielo e Cochrane. Foram selecionados criteriosamente 13 artigos relevantes para análise. Os resultados mostram uma importante associação entre o exercício resistido e a melhora da qualidade de vida, redução do risco de quedas e ganhos nos aspectos funcionais de idosos sarcopênicos.
