This condensed summary addresses the diagnostic and therapeutic challenges of cardiac arrhythmias in children with congenital heart disease. A systematic review was conducted with searches in PubMed and Google Scholar, resulting in the selection and qualitative analysis of relevant studies. The results highlight the complexity of these challenges, emphasizing the importance of a multidisciplinary and personalized approach to optimize clinical outcomes. In conclusion, the integration of diagnostic, therapeutic, and genetic strategies is crucial in this context.
