Distúrbios do Humor e Aspectos Psiquiátricos em Pacientes com Tumores Cerebrais

A finalidade desta pesquisa foi examinar as contribuições científicas acerca dos sintomas de transtornos de humor em pacientes com mudanças neuropsicológicas e com tumores cerebrais, tanto a nível nacional quanto internacional. A Revisão Integrativa da Literatura foi conduzida com base no método Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA), utilizando as seguintes bases de dados eletrônicas: Scopus, PubMed, Web of Science, Portal BVS e PsyNet, utilizando os termos "mood" e "distúrbio neuropsicológico" ou "distúrbio neuropsicológico". Depois de aplicar os critérios de inclusão e exclusão, foram escolhidos 42 artigos. Destes, 24 tratam de distúrbios de humor (bipolar, depressão, impulsividade, anedonia, ansiedade, insegurança, desesperança e afetividade) e 18 abordam distúrbios neuropsicológicos (esclerose múltipla, demência, doença de Parkinson, doença de Alzheimer, esquizofrenia, doenças vasculares e cardíacas). Os resultados destacam a relevância dos resultados.
