Resumo
Este artigo objetivou-se em estudar e propagar os efeitos do exercício físico nos diversos sistemas corporais. Entre os benefícios de sua prática, destacam-se, o fortalecimento cardiovascular e osteomioarticular, melhoria respiratória/pulmonar, influência endócrina-metabólica, além de impactos positivos no trato gastrointestinal (TGI) e neurológico. Sendo assim, uma importante ferramenta não-medicamentosa, com nenhum ou limitados efeitos colaterais.
